Today is Zora Neale Hurston's birthday.
I wish that I had on a swanky party dress with a matching hat similar to the one in the picture below:
And, I wish that I was dancing on the top of a table, right now, in Honor of "My Girl."
However, since I can't do these things today, I will teach my classes and have warm thoughts of Zora Neale Hurston all day: "My Girl!"
