I had a few minutes this morning to sit at my kitchen table and gaze at my books. For some reason, my eyes fell on my books that are written bell hooks, and I thought to myself, "I sure do miss bell hooks."
Now, bell hooks has not gone anywhere. She is alive, and I am praying well. However, I have not read anything by her in awhile, and gazing at her books gave me the urge to do just that.
At one point I was frantically reading the books written by bell hooks and going to see her speak whenever and wherever I could. However, it's been awhile since I have had my feel of bells hooks, and I am desiring her words like a person desires coffee in the morning....
I'll be downloading and reading something by bell hooks soon!
